Welcome to Limelight. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Limelight mobile application ("App") operated by Balanced Software LLC ("we," "us," "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Limelight, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of Service

• Limelight provides information about books, movies, TV shows, including streaming availability and content details.
• The App is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of content information.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. AI Services and Content Analysis

• The App utilizes OpenAI and Amazon Rekognition AI services ("AI Services") to analyze content for the SceneSnap feature.
• By using the SceneSnap feature, you acknowledge that content you submit may be processed by these AI Services.
• While we strive to ensure accurate analysis, you understand that AI-generated results may not always be perfect or complete.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content or analysis.
• The App utilizes OpenAI and Google Gemini services ("AI Services") to analyze content for the SceneSnap feature.
• By using the SceneSnap feature, you acknowledge that content you submit may be processed by these AI Services.
• While we strive to ensure accurate analysis, you understand that AI-generated results may not always be perfect or complete.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content or analysis.

• The App implements Google Ads to display advertisements and Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and improve our services.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of usage data through Google Analytics in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• We may display targeted advertisements based on your usage patterns and interests.

4. Affiliate Links

• The App contains affiliate links to third-party products and services.
• We may earn a commission when you make purchases through these affiliate links.
• Affiliate relationships do not influence our content or recommendations.
• You acknowledge that using affiliate links is optional and at your discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Balanced Software LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

• The App provides information about content available on third-party streaming services and platforms.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content information or the availability of content on streaming platforms.
• Links to third-party services are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, third-party content, policies, or practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
• We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
• Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
